How to reset headphones?

Press and hold the multi-function M button for 10 seconds (cannot be operated while charging). The red and blue lights will flash alternately three times to indicate successful operation.

How to use a wire connection？

Connect your headphones to your computer using a 3.5mm to Type-C cable.

How do I update the firmware?

Update the fireware on the QCY App, Before updating:
1. Ensure your headphones have at least 20% battery.
2. Make sure both earbuds are connected to the QCY app.
3. Don’t use the earbuds during the update.
4. Keep the earbuds in the charging case with the lid open.

How to use ANC in wired mode？

Connect your computer and headphones using a USB-A to Type-C cable.
